1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 4dgood ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 4dgood platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dgood service. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time to ensure you are always complying with the latest version in effect.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use the 4dgood service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activity.
• Register on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not have been previously banned or removed from any gaming or gambling platform.

4dgood reserves the right at any time to request proof of age from any player. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in the account being suspended until full verification is obtained.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is allowed only one (1) active account on the 4dgood platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same player, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods, is prohibited and considered fraud.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date.
• Updating your account details if any changes occur to your personal information.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4dgood accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent value.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• No processing fees are charged by 4dgood for deposits.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the name of the registered player.
• 4dgood does not accept deposits from third parties or from unidentifiable sources.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 4dgood reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction deemed unusual or requiring verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a 4dgood account are processed according to the following policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Processing time: Within 1 hour after the withdrawal is approved.
• For security purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it is approved.

4dgood reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that are under investigation for fraud, money laundering or breach of terms. Players will be notified in writing of any such delay.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

4dgood offers various promotions to players, including a welcome bonus. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• 150% welcome bonus up to RM500 on the first deposit, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering required RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per registered player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player.
• 4dgood reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the 4dgood platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games — are subject to their own specific game rules, which can be found within the respective game interface. The following general terms apply to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be contested except in cases of documented technical failure.
• In the event of a system failure during an active game session, we will investigate and resolve the matter fairly.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to a maximum bet limit while wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
• The use of automated software, scripts or bots to assist in any game is strictly prohibited.

8. Player Responsibilities

By using the 4dgood platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all laws applicable in your area regarding online gambling.
• Not use your account for any unlawful activity, including money laundering.
• Not share your account with any other individual.
• Report any technical errors or irregularities in winnings to customer service immediately.
• Not attempt to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.

4dgood is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player failing to comply with the responsibilities stated above.

9. Responsible Gambling

4dgood is committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limit: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss limit: Set a loss limit to control your gambling spending.
• Session limit: Limit the time you spend on the platform per session.

10. Account Termination and Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 4dgood customer service. For closures initiated by 4dgood, we reserve the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You provided false information during registration or verification.
• There is suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering or other misconduct.
• You are found to hold multiple accounts.
• You fail to comply with an identity verification request within the specified period.

Any eligible balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned to the player once the review process is complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

4dgood is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruption or failure of the player's internet service.
• Loss of winnings due to technical issues beyond 4dgood's control.
• Any financial loss from gambling arising from the player's own decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's negligence in managing their password.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of 4dgood to any player is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

4dgood operates under an international licence and these terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licence is issued. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or through a recognised alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
